Return Policy

You have 14 days to return regular items after receiving your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
You must notify us within these 14 days. -
Custom-made products (e.g. special design or sizing) cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, clean, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging

No dust, fur, hair, or dirt – try the product carefully (especially horse hoods)

Decorations like crystals and chains are fragile and not covered under complaints

Include the completed return form with the package

Use tracked shipping and pack the item carefully

Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping cost is non-refundable

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return

If returned item doesn't meet return conditions, it will be sent back with a €20 admin fee
